Hey what's up everybody? Are ya'll ready for this. It's the O.R.O. X that's right, the 10th Annual Ouachita River Open. That means it's that time of year again. The end of one season means its the beginning of a new one. We are expecting a great turnout. So as usual, the winners of this event will start the season out as Southern Nationals point leaders. We should have enough shirts for at least the first 70 signed up players as well as stuff from INNOVA and DiscGolfersRUs in the player's packs. Lunch will be provided Saturday by Hooters. There will be the usual gambit of prizes, raffles, C.T.P.'s, ring of fire and a possible basket throw off. I hope everyone can make it out to show support for our largest annual event. I'd like to thank all the club volunteers and board members for all their hard at work behind the scenes for this event. I'd also like to thank a few of our confirmed sponsors: HOOTERS, INNOVA, DISCGOLFERSRUS, along with many others. A full list will be posted closer to the event. There are only a couple weeks left if anybody would be interested in getting your name or logo on the T-shirt as a sponsorship. I will post the form below:

T-Shirt Sponsorship Form


The Ouachita River Open is our largest annual disc golf tournament. This is not only the season opener, but a Southern Nationals qualifying event as well. The Ouachita River Open always draws a large crowd of participants to the Twin City area for the weekend. This tournament provides a great opportunity to expose your company to a diverse consumer demographic. Your contributions will help the Twin City Disc Golf club provide: player’s packages, trophies and awards, supplies, printing and signage, as well as food and beverages. In return for your sponsorship, we will put your name or logo on the tournament
T-shirts and your company name will be mentioned throughout the tournament. The Twin City Disc Golf club is a non-profit group dedicated to the promotion and organization of disc golf in our local communities. The T.C.D.G. club would like to personally thank all potential sponsors for reviewing this form and taking the time to consider sponsorship options. Please feel free to contact us for further information concerning the tournament.

$100 + (and/or merchandise) T-Shirt Sponsorship- Your company logo will be placed prominently on the top back of the event T-shirt. Your company will receive honorable mentions throughout the tournament. You will receive one printed tournament T-shirt that includes your company’s logo on the back.

$50 + (and/or merchandise) T-Shirt Sponsorship- Your company name will be written on the bottom back of the event T-shirt in bold lettering. Your company will receive honorable mentions at the tournament awards ceremony. You will receive one printed tournament T-shirt that includes your company’s name on the back.
