Tournament Description

• 2 Rounds of 18 Holes

DIVISIONS AND ENTRY FEES
PRO 1 (suggested for ratings 955+): $22 (cash payback)
PRO 2 (suggested for ratings 955 or less): $12 (cash payback)
Advanced (male/female/masters divisions): $12 (prizes)
Intermediate (male/female divisions): $12 (prizes)
Novice/Recreational(male/female divisions): $12 (prizes)
Juniors: $12 (prizes)

• Minimum of three players required to open a division.
• Ace Fund (optional): $2. If no ace, CTP for 1/2 and 1/2 to the Lake Shore Disc Golf Course.
• Entry fee includes $2 donation for Lake Shore Disc Golf course improvements.

SCHEDULE
• On Site Registration: 12:00 pm - 12:45 pm
• Players’ meeting: ~12:50. Tee off to follow.
• Break: About a half hour.
• 2nd Round Tee: To Be Announced (probably 3ish)
