Field Limited to 90 players

Where: Freedlander Park, Wooster OH
When: October 4th, 2008
Registration Time: 8am – 9am
(You must check in even if you are pre-registered!)
Registration/Check-In at Hauser Pavilion by hole 4
Players Meeting: 9am – Tee off @ 9:30am
Format: 2 rounds – 24 holes each – Novice will play 1 round from the long (with the exception of hole 9) and 1 round from the short tees where applicable.
Nice Players Packages for all Players!!
Players Package will include a disc, a tournament program, map of the course, and some tidbits from our sponsors.

Please do not mail any registrations in after Sept. 26th. You can register by phone by calling 330-347-4167 (Tim Devore) or 330-749-8072 (Tabi Alltop). Your slot will not be guaranteed until payment is received.

Division Entry Fees:

Open(Men/Women) $70
Open Masters (Men/Women) $65
Advanced(Men/Women) $60
Adv. Masters (Men/Women) $55
Intermed. (Men/Women) $40
Novice/Rec (Men/Women) $30
Jr. Division (born 1992 or later) $25

(Add $5 if you register the day of the tournament – Subract $5 for WOODGA members)
(PDGA members – subtract $10)
