I played the waverly course yesterday, there are some wicked holes out there! once it gets mowed its gonna be sweet!

The West Course has been fixed, marked and will be used. East ,West and the New Waverly Hills Courses will be used. Thanks to alot of work by the club the West is ready !!!

Heres a view of the Waverly Hills Course.
If you plan on playing this I recommend parking at the Nichigan Ave. side and then hike up the hill to 13 Tee and start there. DO NOT park at Club House (Saginaw) and Jump the fence !! Keep in mind the possible future of this lot of land and use accordingly. What you carry in carry out !!!

Due to the flooding at Grand Woods we are not going to play East and West. We are going to play a 24 hole layout with some holes from both. Fitzgerald will be the 3rd course.

All Pros will play Fitzgerald Saturday morning so their registration / check-in will be there. All Ams will still register / check-in at Grand Woods.

what's the deal with not using fitz for the open? Fitz is by far the best course in the area and the baskets being used for waverly could replace the old ones at fitz. If waverly is anything like most ball courses it will be long and open. Grip and rip over and over. Trading technical shorter holes for long unreachable holes doesn't make it harder, it makes it boring.
