Tournament Description

The K'wood Chiefs and New Addiction Tattoos present our first fundraiser event ever! A best-shot, 36 hole open doubles tournament raising money for permanent teepads, and other course improvements at the Knollwood Disc Golf Couse. The entry fee is $25 per team, choose your own partner, and for $10 per person you receive your choice of custom stamped Innova plastic. The event is on Saturday, August 15th, with a rain date of Sunday the 16th, and starts at 10am. Payouts will be determined soon, and other prizes will include factory misprints from Discraft. Also, there will be custom stamped CFR discs from Innova, including Champion Glo Plastic available for sale.

35 people showed up to our first cleanup day at the park, and it is looking so much better than ever, so come on out anytime for a nice round on a clean course.

Comment by Corey on July 21, 2009 at 7:54am: We now have a total of four sponsors, these are Lee's Adventure Sports with $200 in gift certificates, New Addiction Tattoos did the design for our hot stamp CFRs, Underground Printing will be making us T-Shirts, and The Grotto at Capone's is buying the shirts, as well as hosting the after party in their restaurant. Thanks to everybody that is showing support for our cause, hopefully we'll be seeing those concrete tees before too long!

Lee's Adventure Sports will be generously donating gift certificates good toward any purchase in their store. Also, I have inside sources that say Lee's is going to start carrying Millennium Discs! Well, That makes it cash and gift certificates so far, and I believe there may be a donation shortly of discs as well, so keep checking back...
