Tournament Description

This is a benefit doubles round event for a local area disc golfer Max Nunn, he has been diagnosed with Medulloblastoma- meningeal carcinomatosis. A Primitive Neuroectodermal Tumor of the Central Nervous System. A form of brain cancer. Max is at the DeVos Childrens Hospital in Grand Rapids. Max needs about 6 months of chemo along with radiation of his body. Max is a very active 6 year old who loves disc golf and we can't wait to get him back on the course with us. Please come and join us in support of Max Nunn and his family!

This will be random draw doubles $10/ player, and lunch will be provided by Snyders Market of Big Rapids, grilling brats for the players.

This will be the opening of Michigans newest 18 hole disc golf course at the Newaygo State Park. The course has 6'x12' concrete tee pads and the Innova Disccatcher baskets will be installed this next week in time for this event. So come out show some support for Max and the Nunn family and get to play a great new course here in West Michigan. The course plays around one of the campsite areas, camp over night and lets play a glow round.
