DATE: Doubles- Saturday, July 11th
Singles– Sunday 12th
TIME: Check- in/Registration: 8:30am
Players Meeting: 9:30am
First Round Tee-off: 10:00am
Second Round Tee-off: Approx one hour after last player
finishes first round.
SITE: Crestview Disc Golf Course, 4801 SW Shunga Dr.
FEE: $27.00 per person/37.00 per person for singles & Doubles
DEADLINE: Friday, July 3. Late & day of entries accepted w/$5.00 late
fee per person.
