Back to “BASSics” --- The 2009 Edition of TxSDGC will be held at its traditional location at Tom Bass Park. HFDS volunteers have been working hard giving the three courses at Bass a big fix-up / clean-up this year...and some new holes have been designed with Hurricane Ike forcing the issue. We are expecting some big names again this year so reserve your spot and be part of this consistently high quality, high payout event. Register early to guarantee your spot! We filled last year...

This is an A-Tier: PDGA membership required of all disc golf competitors.
Awards will be done as quickly as possible immediately after each division finishes their 24 hole final.

Comment by larry mann on March 29, 2009 at 5:54am: If Neal wants some competition, or any other Senior Grand Masters, I'll be more than happy to host a 50+ tournament in Brady. I remember Neal from my pro days and I welcome any corrospondence about a 50+ tournament in Texas apart from the pdga multi-division format. There is no need for amateur or pro divisions after the age of 50. If you're not willing to face reality by 50 (that hard work and practice make you better than others), give it up. If you want to know how good you can get you have to compete against the best. No offense intended, Larry Mann #3946

Comment by larry mann on March 15, 2009 at 9:07am: Sorry, I'm in a division by myself. I would play in pdga tournaments if they were a TOUR( back to back weekly events with a minimum of travel). Also there are too many masters divisions, thus no pro's. Years ago the pdga overreacted to the growing number of masters and killed the pro masters divisions.
