Ukiah Ice Bowl 2010

A Charity Disc Golf Event benefiting the Ukiah Community Food Bank.
Check-In 10:00-12:00 Round must finish by : 2:30 p.m. Awards: 3:00 p.m.
One round only. No players meeting, start after sign-in.
Entry Fees: $20 plus 2 canned food items = DX disc
$25 plus 2 canned food items = Premium disc
Prizes for the most food donated!
DX choices = Aviar, Roc, Sidewinder, Stingray, Valkyrie, Destroyer
Premium choices = Boss, Monarch, Teebird, KC Roc, and Full Color Buzz(Add $2).
Cash payout for All Pro divisions. 4-player minimum per division.

Pre-payment required for all clothing and to guarantee a players package. If you
are unable to attend the event but would like to place an order, please call me and we can
arrange delivery. New and collectible discs for sale. Russian DGC 2008 Full color $20.
All orders must be paid and confirmed by January 25, 2010.
