I was wondering if anyone thinks there should be more 9 hole courses installed. There are many parks out there that might not be big enough to accommodate a 18 or 24 hole course. What if there was a bigger focus on installing a 9 hole course with multiple pin and tee pad placements?

I agree. That way it more people could play.
Personally. I like 9 hole courses. Good to play a short round on if you don't got time for 18 holes. Or if you are tired or almost tired.
Thats a good point, and it might put a course closer to your house.

I think the primary concern for me would be if any one would play the course. I can go to my local 9 hole course around 6 at night and it is ALWAYS busy. We are putting a new 9 hole course in in a few weeks and I am anxious that people will not play it as much or the city will see it as a wasted effort.

If you live in a bigger city than I think several is great!
