Player ratings question!!!

i know the the ratings system in based on increments of 10 and based on the level of field... but is there a perfect round? And if so whats that rating? I mean what is the highest rating possible?

There isn't a way to state the highest rating possible that I know of.

Imagine if there were ten 1,000 rated players in an event. If 9 of them shot 100 and the other shot 18 (all aces), that'd be pretty dang high round. But, it'd be higher if 9 of them shot 200, or 300, or 500..(not likely but just to point out why I don't think it's possible to pick an exact number).
