Sidearm disc weight?

Hello,

I have been doing some research on throwing sidearm and keep running across the idea of throwing 150g-165g discs for sidearm distance. Is this true? I have been throwing max weight stuff for a long time, I mean everything in my bag is at least 170 if not 175.

IF this is true I will be in the market to trade some discs, any idea where I can trade discs?

i sling 170+ once u get your motion down the heavier stuff listens better the light stuff just cant handle my snap p.s. save the back hand for mouthy ones.........
