I just switched from a 2 finger to a 4 finger. My distance and accuracy improved quite a bit. It's the second time I've made the switch; the first time I went to the 4 finger, my distance improved, but my accuracy was way off.
The 2 finger always felt more comfortable to me, which is the biggest reason I stuck with it for so long. I'll be staying with the 4 finger from this point out, though.
I use 2 fingers when i flick, but 4 with a backhand. But I have heard many times that changing your grip will have the most impact on your game "not always good" than anything else in your form. Just my 2 pennys
I went from a 4 finger power grip to a 3 finger power grip. I feel I have big fingers and its easier for me to hold onto the disc that way. Its also easier to get that disc snap with 3 fingers. I do rarely see ppl with a 2 finger grip.
I haven't tried a two finger grip... once I started I went for the "power grip" and only changed it a little since I got it down... I have noticed that the rims on some of my discs are smaller than others and it's harder to get that "solid power grip"... maybe I'll try the two finger for those....
