ACE RACE ACES

HIT AN ACE TODAY AT OUR ACE RACE. I ASKED IF IT COUNTED AS A OFFICIAL ACE BECAUSE IT WAS FROM AN ALTERNATE TEE PAD. I HEARD ALOT OF MIXED FEELINGS ABOUT THIS SO I FIGURED I WOULD SEE WHAT YOU ALL THINK. SO IF YOU COULD JUST HIT ME UP WITH YOUR RESPONSE.

My opinion would be that if it was the official tournament tee pad, and the ace was thrown during the tournament round, of course it counts!

was it thrown from a tee at a basket? if the answer is yes than its an ace

Why not ask "The Man", Terry Calhoun?? or his son Ben, they do answer questions when asked..that way you will know for sure if it's OFFICIAL. Then you can claim it! I do believe it probably will count, otherwise am. tee pad aces would not count, since they are alternates too, that could change everything if it didn't count! I had three aces on pro pads but my first ace was on a am. pad. Let me know when you find out, or I'll just read up again.. good luck...gotta go.....

i say it doesnt count. ace races arent official tournys, more or less a gimmick made by discraft to sell a new disc before its major production run. All the tees are no longer then what 120 ? maybe a little more ?
