Best disc golf innovation?

What would you say is the best new innovative person / product in the disc golf world this year?

I looked for an hour because the DGA website doesn't seem to show the solar conversion kits.

Nah.. never have. I just remember seeing a course photo (can't remember which course) and they commented on the solar lights.

I've found discs in the cattails / underbrush with glowsticks taped to them. Obviously this is not a great innovation. Thought I saw a led light somewhere that you couls stick on your disc... that sounds like it would work. Now we need a disc that keeps your hand warm.
