ARMY (various ACTIVE DUTY, NG, USAR) 1986 to Present...... 22 years and hanging up the boots in 2009.

If it is Army, I have served.. 1986-1995 US Army Active Duty. 3/66AR 2AD (FWD) Ft. Hood TX & Garlstedt, GER / 1st GP Ft Bragg NC / 2nd MASH Ft Benning GA / 1995-2000 IL National Guard, 1244th TC / 2000 to present US Army Reserves. 84th Div / 100th Div / 80th Div currently.

I served in support of operations in Bosnia while on Active duty.

I Deployed OIF II/III from Oct 04 through Dec 05 with the mighty 892TC and was attached to, and helped stand up the 2nd MTR ING .

I Deployed stateside Oct 06 through Sept08 as a instuctor for the 80th DIV. Duty various duty stations to include Ft. McClellan, AL / Ft Knox, KY / Ft Eustis, VA.

It has been a long fruitfull journey.

I wonder how many bases have disc golf equipment set up ? We had a lot of time to toss around a football while I was stationed at Selfridge AFB, MI. We played right outside the radio shack next to the runways. I would like to see pix from other members. Have sent one of mine from around 1962. Also would like to know what others are doing beside disc golf right now - check out my thread on this site - "thinking outside the basket"
