HELP!!!

Is there a way to turn off the function that e-mail's you everytime something changes on here I had 195 e-mails.............HELP.........

Or do I just have to change my email on file to a junk one?

Go to your 'bag' and click on 'settings'. Find 'e-mail' and open that, change the settings. I think 1-2 things can't be changed to no e-mails, but MOST can so try that.

Click on "Stop Following" to stop following the topic ... the email will stop.

It's especially annoying when you register for a Jumbo Toss and you get messages every time someone enters or leaves a comment ... bleh. I make sure I click stop following every time I enter.
