Hey all
Me and a buddy are driving south starting march 15. Headed to Bowling green area first to golf and was wondering if there was some nice camping areas nearby. Also in Nashville and knoxville TN and possibly south carolina. Campsites preferably by a nice course.
Cool. Thank you very much.

Great camping at Table Rock in SC puts you about the middle of 3 longer woods/mix course and outside of Greenville, SC for the shorter, technical par 3 course in-town, plus there's a nice bar scene downtown. You can easily reach the new Richmond Hill course in Asheville, the almost totally finished 19-holer in Boiling Springs outside of Spartanburg and the rookie of the year 07's home course in Easley, SC at JB Owens park. Have a great trip.
Great Bill, thanks that's what I'm looking for. Appreciate the help.

Bill - this is the perfect type of info I am trying to gather for the GPS File that I am building..You don't happen to have the address or the exact name for me? I can Google Earth it and get the coordinates..Would it be ok if I used what you said above in the description for the Campsite??

Thanks
Scott

Thanks for the info but won't be down in Bowling Green until the 16th.
Hey Thomas, thanks for the reply. I need to be in Knoxville by the end of the week 3/22. Wouldn't Chattanooga be southwest of Knoxville? Not really sure; don't have my Atlas nearby. What is Knoxvegas?

where's the course in asheville?
I think Trophy Lakes on Johns Island, SC (Charleston, SC) has camping available at the course still but you may need to contact them prior to camping and it is 10 minute drive downtown and 15 minutes to the new course in West Ashley.
