Valuble Disc?

Hey guys,
i recently searched my old discs and came upon a white (with some blue swirled in the plastic) KC Roc with a rainbow 8x foil stamp. the disc is not in "mint" condition, but it's never been throw (just sitting in my garage).
it has recently came to my attention that these 8x Rocs are fairly sought after. i found one in a different color on ebay for $250.
anybody got any ideas on this thing?
i've attatched pictures so you can see the blue in the plastic.

Although I noticed that this photo is a 9x time ROC. Notice on the blown-up photo attached- top: "Nine" and bottom: "1990,1991,1992,1993,1994,1995,1996,1997,1998"

whats the weight, what plant? san marino?

shoot my mistake. the one in my bag is an 8x as well as all my other KC discs. i just assumed all of em to be the same since i purchased them about the same time.
