and I called in a favor from a family friend who was able to LEGALLY procure for me plenty of chain (at manufacturing cost.) Add in the use of a hole saw, drill, chop saw, vice, 3 lb hammer and some well placed Stainless Steel hose clamps and zip ties and you've got yourself a redneck discgolf basket. I ended up having about $12 in each of the baskets, but if it hadn't been for my friend with the chain access, you could easily triple that amt. Considering my time, maybe 2-3 hrs per basket, my baskets weren't any great bargain, but I needed a dozen or more baskets to outfit my little private country boy course, so I did what I could.
