New Chat?

Alright, maybe I'm just an idiot but why is it every time I come to the site it says I'm the only one in the chatroom. I haven't been able to get it to work since the first time I got onto the new chat. Is there anything I need to do to get this crap to work?

please take the new chat off. it is screwing up alot of peoples pc's, causing slow load times for the front page and now no one wants to come into the chat because of it.

I understand you worry about people coming in and not saying nice things, but please !!!!! This new chat is horrid and is gonna drive away the people in chat
