i would have to agree with the buffalo/rochester area.
i think we do pretty well here in GA as a whole, but our activity is spread between Augusta, Metro Atlanta, Athens, and Rome.
Alabama! Yep, Alabama. Huntsville, Birmingham and Mobile are pretty active areas for disc golf. Huntsville has 4 courses within 5-10 minutes of each other with more on the way (looking forward to Monte Sano Mountain course). Huntsville is also 2 hours from Middle TN courses, a hop, skip and a turn around away from Mississippi and Georgia courses.
Minnesota...we have 119 courses with more on the way, the largest weekly disc golf league in the world with more than 100 people playing every week (www.sundogtournamentseries.com), the oldest disc sports club in the world (Minnesota Frisbee Assoc.) and a sanctioned tournament nearly every weekend of the year within a 1-2 hour drive. Home to Cale Leiviska, Timmy Gill, DGTV, PDGA Radio and much more.
Pennsylvania has a lot. Especially the eastern part of the state. There is always a tournament going on on this side of the state.
