Should we create a discussion thread for each division and rely on people to pose their daily thoughts and stories and images?

Should we encourage people to blog - which I hereby do!

The photo upload-by-phone works great, just find a way to keep them together in the same area, create some links to it and people can add event details in the description (is there a limit to description length?). This site has a lot of useful tools, I'm liking it more and more every day.
