Tim, under where your photo would be - if you had one, so now it is the DGRUS logo - there is a link to change your photo. Click on it.
When U do, you will see a page of settings controls, one of which has a change photo label and a little colored box beside the label.
When you click on that box, a window opens up that will let you locate a photo on your computer and upload it to be your image on the network.
