So what kind of baskets does everyone have at home? And does anyone have a "home made" basket? I am looking for a good portable basket to use in this little field next to my house but cannot really afford $160 right now....

If you can afford a DB5 ($160 & free shipping w/ a couple free discs), I recommend them. They're built pretty solid, hold up awesome outside (not a spec of rust on it), are portable and have a strong base. I added six inner chains within minutes. They're not as cool looking as a chainstar, but they're half the price.

My kids even use it!

Homemade baskets are sweet too and a lot cheaper if you have the right tools and materials.
innova discatcher sport.

just got this db-5 lightning basket 3 weeks ago from discovering the world.only 200$,sturdy

also here is my homemade
what's the basket part made out of?
Skill Shot, I would say there definitly are better baskets out there but for the money $100 and the Convinence you can't go wrong.
You can take it anywhere.
i made my own, i got some specs off of you-tube, if you can find the materials for cheap you'll be in the clear for sure
Bought this one slighly used on Craigs List for $ 149.00 !!!

This is my homemade basket, lots of fun!!
