The Community of Disc Golfers and About All Things Disc Golf

What is everyone's beer of choice when out on the course? I've noticed different areas have their preferences, usually a craft beer of some kind.

Around here, Buffumville, I see a lot of Sierra Nevada Pale Ale. When I buy it at the package store near the course the woman makes a comment about being a disc golfer.

Myself, I like something like Magic Hat #9 or Sierra Nevada Pale Ale. Nothing too heavy while I'm doing all the walking.

I have a buddy with family in Mi I will try to have him hook me up. So many beers so few rounds to enjoy!
What I like to do on a hot summer day is,take a power aid bottle full of frozen water"ice" and when my beer gets warm I pour it in the bottle of ice.It helps to dump out or drink any of the melted water before pouring the beer .Also you should use strong beer like two hearted, oberon ,or maybe a sam adams.
During the spring and fall I like a FAT TIRE or BLUE PADDLE. During the hot day's I just stick with a light beer like SUNSHINE WHEAT.
NEW BELGIUM BREWING
Bud light to stay cool is the best.

Cheef good job, fall is here how about a good pumpkin ale or Anchor Porter?
I'm a big fan of the Sierra Nevada Harvest Ale right now.

Shipyard Pumpkinhead is also wonderful.

My beer choice for the course is Fosters oil cans. They fit into the drink holder on my Disc bag better than anything in a smaller container. Plus they last longer.
