Check out this cool news release from the Army Corps of Engineers regarding the event we held last weekend at Black Butte Lake, Ca. Thanks to everybody who came out to play and especially those who came out to make it happen. It was a great success. Go Orland ACES DGC!

My dad works at Black Butte Lake. There's a good chance he mowed the fairways.
Heck, he probably got a tee shirt! Gimme his name and I can follow up!
Rick Leis and his staff of volunteers put together a great event along with the NorCal folks. Congratulations to Rick for winning the annual Jory Green Sportsperson award. Bear, the campground host put in a huge amount of work prepping both courses and deserves special thanks as well as Barry Kane; Amanda Arnall; Rachel Smith; Mark Bohn (Sr and Jr) and all of the volunteer staff and the ACOE Rangers Bill and Maryann. Junior gets props for beating the pros in doubles!
Thank you Glenn, and thank you to everybody who showed up. All the work setting everything up is only worth it in my mind if everybody has a good time. Let's do it again!
