Austin Disc Golf in Trouble

heard about this on the radio today then found it on youtube

uh oh. someone is gonna have to donate some acreage for another course! those baskets have to go somewhere.. ive seen parks just store them in a garage and not put them to use. 2011, maybe this will inspire some disc golf courses in the area. get to work guys!

[Rescue]

It's a minor thing, but in Golden Gate park. The disc golfers put up nets in front of trees that could be damaged by to many disc golf strikes. They also have done some erosion contron with plants, trails, and paths. Just some ideas.

we have chains and plastic protecting some trees here, if thats what they are worried about..as far as the ground..it shows they have high traffic build another course in the area to split the traffic!
