Been playin a 175g Star Aviar P@A for over a year now.  Just picked up another one for practice but the difference is night and day.  The old one is soft and grippy, and the new one stiff and so slick it's almost impossible to get a good release...

Now I know that discs break in over time but I guessed i never really noticed the gradual change.. if that's the case.

Anyone else have a similar experience?  I'm a little worried.  Or should I just start throwing drives with the new disc to break it in quicker?

thanks in advance,

David

Throw it into a brick wall until it cracks then fix the crack with a lighter and hanger... ah ha ha ah ha ha ha

;>} ;>}

theres a low blow hahahaha

LOL! ;)
Definitely the fastest way to break in your disc.
Sorry Bother, I know it was a low blow, but worth it.... I am still laughing :)
Right in the testes
get ya a "MONEY" putter!
Try throwing short drives for awile !

Hard backhand rollers on hard soil, like spiking into the ground > brick wall.

I'd use a brick wall if I wanted to break a disc though.

For drivers, just do the Epic tuning technique, as long as it's not hard plastic (Champion, Opto, etc.)

Naturally it takes me about 3 months for a DX Plastic type of disc.  Star and Champion plastic take alot longer.
