i have a lot of good luck with a Z predator. might try it out

Long. go with a boss or xcal

mead. firebird

short. gator or whippet

What Brad said. 11 time Firebird is the shizzle!
Awesome thanks for the tips...and I'm assuming that for something like this throw I would want a lighter weight? I found a 166g that I am thinking about buying. And also which plastic would you recommend for that throw?
I go with max weight because it'll take punishment for longer than a lightweight.
those 11x birds are hard to find =)
The glow birds act about the same. I got Darth Vader.
Star TeeBird. Hit an ace with one on a hyzer bomb line. A hyzer bomb is really all about the angle.
I like your style, Jim... But go with a Gateway Spirit. That's the best long or short hyzer disc. Hands down. From 300-450 footers.
In lighter weights. 160-170gm, if you have lower power and arm speed.
Tee-rex  works great for me, but better after it's broke-in!
I always go with the boss for a strong hyzer
