how much matching money does the city need?
The high end of the 1/2 is up to $2700.
We are working with the Lions Club so that those donations can be tax deductible.
More details to follow.
D.P. :)
Well, after final approval and just a few days of fund raising throught the Lions Club here in Bartlesville.
In addition to the $2700 matching guarantee we have from the city...
We currently have $1500 in donations towards the second 9 here at sooner park.
The maximum amount per hole total should be no more than $600 each.
So we currently have 7 holes worth of donations.
Plus several hundred more I plan to donate from disc sales.
Anyone interested in sponsoring a hole?
$ 500 will buy you your own hole.
That will get you a bronze plaque on the pad just like in the past
to recognize your donation.
Donations of all sizes will be received.
All donations will be tax deductible through the Lions Club.
For more information call me @ 918-766-1769 on my Cell
Thanks

Last news I heard, the concrete was poured wednesday and thursday, they will need a week to set up. sometime late next week the hardware will be installed. I spoke with Jerry Stapelton and he was eager to use me as some help. Hopefully if all goes as planned the back nine should be playable by the weekend. This is all coming from Jerry, the pads will be installed in the fall with the posts possibly installed before then but for now the tenative teepads are marked with orange/white spray paint and will really be a bit of a challenge from the 9 we have now.
All True
Hardware will be installed on Thursday.
We are planning on having a Mini @ 6pm this Thursday.
This will be with our new 18 basket course.
Thanks to Jerry Stapleton working so diligently to keep this going.
Thanks
