I have the DGA Gel straps and they work great.  They seem to be the most popular straps I have seen on the course

typically Phenix, right now I'm using Fade for winter keeps my bag and everything inside clean and dry in the snow (snowing or not)

Phenix quad shocks will last longer , but DGA gel Strapz are waaaay more comfortable. Also you can get the "DGA" version for around $20 at Home Depot. Forgot the name that's on them, but they are the same straps with a diff name.
