The Community of Disc Golfers and About All Things Disc Golf

I have read that a lot of disc golfers play catch to warm up for a tourney or casual round. Do you use a golf disc? Is there a good catch disc that you like to use?

Darts are good
there's the answer!! R darts are the best, soft and wont hurt your hand!!
gateway magic is good its fairly soft and you can throw straight , hyzers or anhyzers. this is a pdga approved disc
Toss your putter or an aviar.
Blowflies are good. Nice and soft and a blunt edge so you won't get stingers.
Putter
Zephyr. That way you can also get in some Super Class practice...

any disc just gotta catch the dirvers right.
Yeah, I have tried playing catch with drivers. Not a good experience for me.

I would agree with chuck.....the Zephyr is good...but big in diameter....weights go up to 200 grams. The Sonic is small diameter like most of the standard golf discs.... shaped like a fastback up to 175 grams. Great catch disc...very accurate.
