Move to the Denver area. Its got a great scene, a wonderful variety of courses, employment is not too difficult to find (compared to other parts of the country), and its quality of life is second to none. Not only that, but it wouldn't be long move from Gillette.

Permalink Reply by Rescue on July 7, 2011 at 9:23pm Year round golf. My vote is for the Seattle, Tacoma, WA area. I've been going up a few times a year (come on August!!!) and I still haven't scratched the surface. Oh, but you have to like clouds and rain. Portland, OR is pretty sick tooo! I mean, come on. How could you not like a town (Portland) were there motto is "Keep Portland Weired" These are also some great areas to do other things besides disc golf....hiking, camping....incert any outdoor activity....The vibe is just awesome.
If you want a smaller town feel. Eugene OR is a GREAT college town and there are a handfull of courses around there, but what I always love when I go up there are the people. They are very cool and the disc golfers are even nicer...I love it up there!

Permalink Reply by Rescue on July 7, 2011 at 10:53pm Coming up the 1st weekend in August! Friday through Monday. Hoping to play a few rounds..:) We'll be staying near Riverside (DGC) and White River is the 2nd closest. So hitting up one or both for sure, but no trip would be complete without Seatac!
