Just kidding,........Threw the new First run Nukes today (and get mine tomorrow!!!!) they are a little more stable than the memorial versions and feel alot beefier. I think these these things are gonna blow up!....get it?...nuke...blow up? Yeah whatever, anyone else tried em out yet?

only have a memorial or 4 but i really like it so far. great disc, its got good speed but not a "finesse" disc like the katana so you can rip it without worry, it may flip up for a little while but it'll come back. looking forward to trying it in warm weather this weekend when i go to AZ.
Both!
I have my order ready to go... jus wating till tomorrow to order... I'll have it by middle of next week! DAMN! I'm excited to throw that disc. I'm a huge Surge fan and I really want to get my hands on the Nuke! I'd love a Z plastic version but I can wait for that!

What kind of D are you getting with it Josh? I can put my Surge about 320-350ft... I'm hoping the Nuke will add a good 30-40ft on top of that.
If I really get ahold of my force I can normally get it out to the 450' 460' range but i'm doin that with much less effort with the nuke
Dang, Josh. I can't wait until the day I can say that. I tried throwing a Force and I can just barley get it past the 300' range before it dives hard into the ground. Do you think the Nuke would be a good buy for me? How's the thickness of the rim? Comfortable? The Force's rim is thick like a high speed Innova disc. I can't seem to get comfortable with that. Maybe my hands are too small. :(
Hmmm if you had problems with the force I dont think the nuke will be a good buy, The rim is much larger. I believe its the same size as a boss
The Nuke's rim is as wide as regulation will allow. That said, just because you can't throw a heavily overstable disc like the Force, doesn't mean that the Nuke won't work for you. There are many fat-rimmed drivers that I can't stand, and don't have the arm for, but I loved my Nuke right up until I threw it in the river.
I didnt mean as it would be too overstable for him, just that the large rim could be a problem
lol! "but I loved my Nuke right up until I threw it in the river."

Sorry for your loss Sean, but that made me laugh. :)
Did any fish float to the surface? lol
id be worried about the radiation. hahaha. Sorry sean for making a joke of your loss.
lol, with the condition our river is in, I wouldn't be surprised if the Nuke was the thing growing legs.
