It reads 'FLYING EYE' and underneath that it reads 'CLEARWATER' Its a Rancho Cucamonga disc, and there are two phone numbers on the bottom. Walt-517-499-**** and Clements-734-891-****. Anyone? Anyone?

i have a viper its not a viper.
I was just informed tonight at league that the practice basket is going to be the permanent basket. Source is pretty reliable. I do believe that is why they cut down the tree on the corner of the fence so there is a better RHFH or LHBH shot. I think it is a dangerous move because of golfers on Hole 1 and people still thinking it's the practice basket and accidentally being in the way. I hope it catches on that the old practice pin is the new 9 pin so neither of my aforementioned instances occurs.
The water dosn't look bad but if you step into what looks like 12" of water you will sink another 3 or 4 feet in muck. I tossed a disc less than 10' from shore and after probing the bottom wit a stick decided I wasn't going in with out a safety rope.
its only about 3 feet of muck.
Can you post a pic of it showing the backside? So we can get a better look at the wing...
it looks like a whippit, but less of a domed top. which i've seen water do that to discs.
not a banshee. not a gazelle.
maybe a JLS or Polaris LF, but DX Eagle is where my money is at.
if you really want to know what it is, contact Todd Breiner or Doug Porter. They are the Flying Eye guys.

Old Flat Top Dx Whippet.
Here are a few links, the first is to a DX Whippet, second is for a DX Griffin. The rim of the Whippet seems a little sharp, but looks possibly like the Griffin. If you have calipers you could measure it and check the specs.
