I would love to get out and play a bit. I'm out of town until the evening of the 29th, but the 30th and beyond are fair game. I am getting back into it after taking a few years off, but I'm hoping to play a lot in the upcoming year.

Hey local golfers,
Are the tee pads shoveled on any course in the area? I am getting tired of throwing off ice and snow.

One suggestions Mark, come vacation down in Florida!!! Think about Feb 7-8th at Barnett Park in Orlando. Cheap flights, free place to stay, good courses, good competition and no tee pads to worry about. Clear your schedule!!!

Just got back from Cass. I only played 13-18, and the tees are a wreck. Most have a thick sheet of ice, that my shovel could not handle. I was able to clear a few pads, but they are still slick. Big warmup coming for Saturday. Maybe there will be a chance then.

I was hoping to maybe play Cass today. Not sure about the teepads, though. I know the Mills were cleared just before the heat wave, but at Cass I suspect the ones in the woods a probably still a mess.

Anyone know for sure?

just got back from cass. all the pads are completely dry except 14's long pad has a little ice. beautiful day out today!
