I'd like to say not how many, but how challenging a course is more important.
I know there are more courses than that in michigan!
Having a hard time not hating you guys in Michigan and Wisconson right now. See that somewhat brighter spot in eastern WA? Yeah, that's me.

OTOH, living within an hour's drive of 35+ courses kind of makes it difficult to decide which to play next.

At least you can be sure that wherever you go that has any disc golf at all, you will find some very nice people, of all kinds!
