charging your glow discs

i have a question. what is the best thing to use to charge your glow discs? i have a couple glow discs and haven't thrown them at night yet because i don't know how to charge them. i have seen something on the sun king website that looks like a bracelet with a light on it to charge the disc. let me know what to use and let me know where to get it. thanks

UV LED flash light. More bulbs the better!

UV works the best...but can be intense with certain types of glow plastics.

 

Other options are one of those super bright rechargeable million candle light lights..they are a little bulky and will blind everybody in the group if not used properly...so will the UV light.

 

A rechargeable camera flash works good too.

 

Generally anything capable of super bright light.

I personally use UV LED.

I have also seen people use a black that is attached over their bag. 

This way, the disc is ready charged when they need it.

They make some that also have a flash light. I used to use one to check IDs when I worked as a door guy.

I went to "Spencer's" in our local mall and grabbed a battery powered black light for around $10 bucks.  You can charge each up individually before you throw and/or keep it on and cover your bag with a towel to give your discs a nice pre-party...

I set my glows on the ground and hit them with an old photo flash, it lights them up like they are radioactive.

All you need is to use a UV flahlight right before you throw, the glow will last and it won't degrade the plastic.  "Charging" in the sun causes the chemical structure to fade faster.  Think of what the sun will do to normal plastic,                           (more time in sun = more fade)  Just hit the disc with the UV light and throw.  Pick one up local hardware store or army surplus store.
