City Graphs are Back

These are the maps that show the disc golf service levels - how appealing an area is for a disc golfer.

The latest improvement is that I now take into account how busy each course is. This reduced the service levels quite a bit for areas that have a lot of courses, but also a lot of people to share them with, like Minneapolis and Chicago.
