The Community of Disc Golfers and About All Things Disc Golf

What's your favorite disc golf phrase?

One of mine is "Nice Up!" because of its ambiguity. You can really mean it, when someone saves a par using a superb second shot. Or, it can be sarcastic, when someone's putt behaves like an upshot, instead of going in.

"In Jail" to mean stuck inside so many tree branches there seems to be no way out.

"Everyone In Here Is Your Friend" -   :)

have heard that phrase way more than i can remember at my course
Hilarious.. I cant wait to use that one this weekend
"Aces and Boggies"....to prep the start of a round.
"Faghand"...a short put from inside the circle.
"Taco"...a severe tree hit that bends the disc like a taco.
"Wait for It"...when she's not coming back.
Filter - for shots in the woods. If you get a good kick from a tree - may the course be with you. Short putting - nice put Nancy. If your disc is turning over and you want it to hyzer - get heavy or get new. If you skip off water - Jesus shot. Very low drive - worm burner. very high shot - Huston we have a problem.
Birdie train---A string of birdies
Paritis---Think arthritis...no matter what I do, I can't seem to get a birdie .
Bogey land---The opposite of the birdie train
"I love this Game"---For obvious reasons like the rounds is going great!!!
"I hate this game"---At least until you get the itch again and then everything is allright.
"I forgot my dress today"---When I throw a shot like a girl. No offence to the women golfers out there.
"Lay off the "roids" bro!"---A shot goes way to far past it's intended target.
Well, when my friends and I play and aren't having a good day; we just grunt and yell haha
i don't get it...
Kiralyn and I have a new thing: for a birdie or a parked drive we say, "Ice!" If we follow it with another we say, "Cree!" For a third consecutive birdie we say, "Mmmmm." For an ace we yell "Ice Cream!" Either qualifies everyone on the card to stop for ice cream after the round. I'm buying unless it is Father's Day.
"hit it with your purse, Nancy" for telling someone to bomb a drive...
'tree love' for the helpful kicks
'treenied' for the not-so good kicks
'taking the scenic route' when the disc goes way off the beaten path
'its still you'
'Niiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiice!!!! ohhh damn'

after someone hits tree then throws again into another tree,i like to ask them if they are goin for a 'treepeat'.
When someone blasts a tree from the teebox tell 'em

"If you don't want that disc... I'll take it. Don't beat it up like that!"
Tree-nied - a back kick off a tree (sounds like denied)
Tree-sistance - a good kick off a tree
