Cost of building a course

I hate posting this, since it's probably been asked 100 times before. But I am looking for a breakdown on all the costs of a course. This will help me out a lot, as the possibility of building yet another new course in Michigan might be possible...

I need:
Cost per basket (Mach III is the best?):
Total cost for 18 baskets:
Cost per cement tee box:
Total cost for tee boxes:
Total signage cost:
Other costs:

Installation and design should not be an issue... so you can leave those out. Thanks, and I will keep everyone updated once are available.

It's all available online for you to look up but you'll have to ask a cement contractor for the tee cost in your area. I've seen cement pads for as low as $100 each if you do them yourself up to $300 each depending on how much site prep is required.
