The Community of Disc Golfers and About All Things Disc Golf

Does anyone have any documents or research that discusses the reduced level of crime in parks once disc golf courses have been installed? Any literature, white papers or internet links would be helpful as it will help in discussions with parks managers.

Anyone with any recent examples or documentation?
“High Bridge was a place the average citizen didn’t feel comfortable a few years back,” Parks Director Leroy Eadie says. “We’ve seen really good success.”

(in regards to the success of one of Spokane's disc golf courses. Article from The Inlander)

The article is also a good example of some of the issues that disc golf courses face, both in legalities and public relations. I've found that the public reaction has been good and I've even had random people come up and thank me for what the SDGA is trying to do with the park, despite my less than limited involvement with the project.
Much thanks Sean, this is exactly the type material I am trying to compile in order to have a clearinghouse for materials that support disc golf installations.
