Dents from discs!

Noticed today a nice disc sized dent on the fender of my new car...

No doubt happened at the disc golf course yesterday.

Everyone has this problem at the course?

Of course no one will tell you.

Yeah.. If I EVER have a nice car.. I'm not taking it to a tournament. I always see those dudes tossing the lids in the parking lot after the last round. They hit a car every 5 minutes. Last time I saw them throwing.. one landed right on top of some dudes brand new civic and left a nice circle pattern where the disc landed. I would've been pissed.

Don't Park you Car close to any Practice Baskets or Hole Positions.

or in the parking lot where you park your car. They'll manage to hit it with some type of disc.

My wife has a 2009 Jeep Patriot that we bought new. It has a hitch on it that my older car does not so I use hers for disc golf course maintenance. I was using the jeep with a utility trailer hooked up to it to load wood chips and distribute them around the holes and tees at our course in preparation for a pdga tournament that was coming up. Our parks dept. piles up the wood chips off the side of the fairway on hole 12. I thought it was far enough off the normal line to the hole that it would be safe, but a friend of mine threw an errant drive and it whacked the hood and left a small dent that my wife has yet to discover.....shhhh!

I had one of the washer fluid sprayers completely destroyed off the hood of my car by a disc.
