The Community of Disc Golfers and About All Things Disc Golf

Hello, I am a brand new convert to this wonderful sport. Loving it!

Question for the group: I am a runner and we runners like to track our shoes, how much mileage, etc. we put on them.

I am wondering if anyone knows of a good way (on this site? online? app? etc.) to track your discs, equipment. etc. Maybe even which discs you used at what course on what hole?

Thanks for your help!

If you have an Android phone you need to get an app called "Easy Scorecard". It lets you select so that it is more geared toward disc golf, ball golf, or both, depending what you use it for. It keeps your scorecard for round, then automatically emails a copy of the scorecard to all of the people on the card as soon as the round is done. It shows the time of day you played, the weather, wind, temperature, has options to show satellite view of the course (which can be used to find the layout/or even put a pin on the map and it will tell you the distance from the pin to where you are now (great for finding actual distance on holes) and will even allow you to put a note on each hole, either for the round (damnit I three putted this hole this round) or for all rounds (always throw a teebird on this hole) however you want it to show up. Even creates averages and handicaps for every one who you have played with. This is one of the most important pieces of equipment I bring with me for a round.
Hmmm thats an interesting idea. I haven't heard of anything like this before, but welcome to the sport.
Welcome to the Addiction Norm! http://www.discgolfscene.com allows you to build a profile where you can list all of your discs, what condition they are in, and keep your scores for for courses anywhere. Pretty cool site.
Thanks for the tip!!!
