Are you able to select the weights you want? Also, is there any place on youtube that will review what is on the instructional video?

Sean.... we have a mix of weights at this time and would be happy to give you want if we got it....the web page doesn't have a place for weight , so you would have to email me in advance to be sure i have what you want...

all our videos on you tube... type in the guardians of recreation .... i believe our video "disc golf " is still number one with 277,000 views.... thank, michael
