experiences as someone over 50 who started playing in 1979. I’m going to
focus on 4 areas, all of which are equally important in the overall
goal of staying competitive in disc golf, as you get older.

I'm only 42, but I feel 50+ sometimes so these are some good tips.
Good tips, that is what I've told some of the older folks that I play with.

I'm 63. Daily yoga keeps me limber and enhances core strength.
Yoga is a light workout that addresses all major muscle groups and joints in 15 to 30 minutes.
