Man!!! ...I'd hate to think it's golfers customizing that fence for easier access....all that does is invite someone....maybe even a child next time.....whom might not normally want to climb a fence.

what action will be taken by the local parks dept for damage to the safety fence that is recurrent.
what image dose this make for the sport the we are trying to get more people envolved in
could the pole hole be relocated to a safer spot.
