The Community of Disc Golfers and About All Things Disc Golf

Okay you guys i know my last post SUCKED haha.  I'm gonna try to pick a better "discussion" topic.

So which is it...Innova or Discraft? Innova has won many more world tournaments (fact).  But Discraft seems to be more of the leader in the sport.  I see more Discraft online than Innova,  more youtube videos, all sorts of stuff.  I started early with Innova, so I've kind of stuck to that.  It seems like Discraft discs arent as explained and are harder to distinguish.  Who knows...what do you guys think?  please no hating comments..im not here to pick sides..just love talking disc golf.

Its great that their are 2 'big' companies pushing each other, who knows maybe more will join the race. Its healthy for the sport.
I throw both Discraft and Innova, plus Lat 64. As of now, Lat 64 is smoking the two bigs with their sick plastics and quality. It's almost a 50/50 split between Innova and Discraft in my bag. With a couple Lat 64 discs. Never got into Gateway (except for the Wizard), but I no longer throw them. WAAAAaaaaay to inconsistant in their plastic. You buy an "SSS" and it's as stiff as the "S" plastic. You buy an "S" and it's like "SSS" plastic!
Innova and discraft both have advantages.

Here is how my bag is
Z Flash- discraft---------------- great backhand hyzer or forehand anny
esp flash- discraft --- same but a tad more stable
Champion Orc- innova when you need that dead straight to little right turn forehand this is the disc
Z Crush- discraft tad more stable usually use this for forehand doglegs.
Esp Nuke- discraft Great for long hyzers both backhand and forehand
Champion eagle- discraft short 250 or so anhyzers backhand
Z Stalker- discraft Straight 300 or so backhand
Z XL- discraft same thing but can go a tad longer

Mids
ESP Wasp- discraft Forehand mid or stable backhand
AceRace2010/ Esp drone discraft- if it is a pdga event of course for now I have to use the drone, but after it becomes legal you can bet the ace race is going in the bag
Z Buzz discraft- straight backhand shots-
Z comet- backhand anhyzer backhands or straight shots.

putters
2 JK aviars beat to shit. They are very soft even though they do not come soft.
1 JK aviar- relatively new for upshots 200 and in.

Discraft- 11
Innova- 5

The thing is I could not replace a discraft disc for the Orc. The thing is money and never found a disc like it. I can't even find orcs new like this one. All seem more stable now. also my putter is hard to replace, but could see myself using a challenger almost as good.
Surge. Or maybe a Rogue.
I started out throwing innova and went to discraft. to me discraft discs are easier for me to tell the difference between stable and understable. innova has the number thing which i don't understand.
Once upon a time I used to throw Discraft. But then I found a DX TeeBird and I never looked back. I don't think that Discraft makes bad discs. I just don't throw any of their plastic. My bag ATM has Innova and Quest AT discs in it. Although I saw some Latitude 64 stuff the other day and it looked real nice.
Innova Rocks !!!
My daylight bag is mostly Innova, with three different kinds of Rocs (Imagine that) 1 super, 1 10x and a Classic so beat it holds water on it's lid. I do have 2 Discraft discs I use quite often....An older early run ESP Surge and Da Breeze. Plus I carry two Gateway putters. A SS Magic which is the best putter ever made and a Wizard. I go to the Wizard when the wind gets rough and for it's very stable flight for short to medium approaches.

My Night Flight bag Is mostly Photon Glo...with a Glo Stalker and a Glow Teebird. The only Glow Roc I have is the Battle Roc.....it's still sealed in it's original bag.

Lately, I've been substituting an old Whamo 78 in the bag for a couple of shots at Reed Canal. Found this gem with a name but no number....anybody know Rob McCoy???
yeah....the magic is the shite! I LOVE this putter since I changed my putting style and dropped the Voodoo.
I have many backups including a couple of softer Organics. The Shizzle!!!
never fails......, how many times has this topic been posted?... so, the answer is YOU, not the disc manufacturer.
