discraft storm

every disc golfer i have met thinks the storm is a great disc even of they dont throw it i have yet to hear someone tell it they hate it.  y would discraft discontinue a disc that everyone likes?

Probably simply- sales. Didn't sell enough. Came out with another disc that was more preferred. If they don't keep making new stuff people won't buy stuff, and they can't make every disc they've ever made without tripling their factory and workforce (and no retailed could carry all of it, either).

There's a couple of them in our league prize bin. I hadn't even heard of them, which is why I didn't pick one when I got a CTP. Next time I win I think I'll grab one if one's left:)

I had a buddy that said he liked, but he lost his last one and just hasn't replaced it yet. I haven't thrown it either, but he says it is a really controllable fairway driver.

I like the Z-Storms. A lot. If I had to use only one disc, I'd probably use one. Very straight and controllable. 300' straight up a narrow woods fairway. If anyone's got one of the 2003 DGLO ones that are tie-dyed, my standing offer is $30.

the answer IMO, the buzzz. Sometimes I feel the popularity of the buzzz hurts discrafts line up. The wasp should be thier main mid, as the roc is to innova. Since the buzzz is a straighter wasp, thier only doing z wasps:( i'm really not diggin the only z wasp thing and may switch over soon. The mrv was/is sweet but the faster buzzz seemed to bump it out. I truly worry about the hawk. Btw, I always wonder why the buzzz is suggested to new players over the hawk.
Even some of dc flight descriptions are sounding redundant(tracker and stalker as longer buzzzez)

I liked both the storm and mrv but stopped tossin em due to being oop:(
let me ask, if you guys had a small stack of each, which would you use in place of a buzzz or would you even try to replace it?

i carry a buzzz i find them to be inconsistant...i own 5 and no 2 fly alike its really sad the storm saves me in bad shot situations i use it for recovery and boy does it work on a 400 ft flat hole i hit a tree not 30ft. from the pad the i threw the storm and it lasnded under the basket it does this every time so i love it and i use it as a faster buzzz.

I've had MANY storms but they'll never replce the Buzzz or Wasp in the bag dont get me wrong though the Storm was and is a great disc but the buzzz is king
